Join us Tuesday, July 7 for PUPS! Time for those Poor Unfinished Projects to come to our meeting. You may bring in a selection of your PUPS (up to 3) for peer review and suggestions on finishing... and popular vote will decide which PUP you will finish first! (Yep, we keep a list so we know which one was chosen!) If you participated last year, bring your finished PUP to show. I hear there will be a drawing for prizes for those that bring a finished PUP! No PUPS this year? Come and join the fun - cheer on and encourage those with PUPs and make your vote count!
On Tuesday, July 21we are pleased to have Pam Stevenson join us! She will highlight quilts from her book; Grand Endeavors: Vintage Arizona Quilts and Their Makers. Pam's focus will be on pre-1940 quilts that were documented in Arizona during the first Arizona Quilt Project. Come and hear first-hand this unique piece of Arizona history!
Sunday Sew-Ins News: The new summer times are 8:00am - 5:00pm. Sew-Ins are "open sew" days, scheduled on the 3rd Sunday of the month at the Chandler PD (see calendar for dates and map). Summer Sew-Ins are scheduled through September. All are welcome!
